The famous Varsity Boat Race sees Cambridge University battle the mighty Oxford University in an exciting race along the River Thames. The Boat Race course, also known as the Championship Course, is a total of 4 miles in length and stretches between Putney and Mortlake.
Thousands of people gather along the banks of the Tideway to support the two teams with many also choosing to support in style with Boat Race hospitality packages.
